WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Backflow Assembly Testers (BAT), Cross Connection Control Specialists (CCS), Water Quality Program Administrators, personnel who are responsible for cross connection control, and anyone interested in expanding their knowledge of water quality and cross connection control.

DESCRIPTION

Presentations will be made by professionals from the Department of Health, administrators of Cross Connection Control Programs, members of Washington Certification Services, and individuals from the manufacturing and service industry.

REGISTRATION

Enrollment is limited to the first 130 paid registrants, so register now! Please have registrations postmarked no later than October 1. Check or credit card payment must accompany applications. There will be a $5.00 transaction fee for credit cards. Purchase orders will not be accepted. One registration form per person is required; please print additional registration forms as needed. Cancellation policy is 100% refund before October 1.

CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS

0.6 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are pending approval from Washington Certification Services. Certified water operators are required to provide their certification number(s) for proper credit. Attendance for the entire seminar is mandatory to earn CEUs.
